All sales are final. HOBBYLAND does not accept returns on opened blind boxes or items.

Because of the nature of blind box products, opened items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
